I have never been an especially optimistic person, but a few months ago the problem grew from bad to worse. I started having panic attacks at work and stressing out over every little thing. It was frustrating, but I knew that there had to be a better way to make things right. I started investigating self-help books, and I was able to find a website and a corresponding book that really addressed my issues.
